in Sports (F)

[prMac.com] Asnieres, France - FDBI has released Chronosoft 1.0.1, a new free timing application for iPhone and iPod touch. If you have more than one person or event to time, if you need split times, then Chronosoft is meant for you. In 1992, FDBI published Chronosoft, the first timing software that powered a PC into a universal timing machine. Today, FDBI is introducing a new release of Chronosoft for IPhone. It has been specifically written to be fully effective with its interface. Chronosoft takes full advantage of FDBI's experiment in timing activities and can be used in various situations.

Four operating modes are available as follows:
* Solo: Time a competitor (or event) on several laps (or cycles) with three split times per lap
* Duo: Time two competitors on several laps
* Race: Time four competitors on a course. Start can be grouped or individual
* One by One: time competitors on a course. Each start is individual (example: alpine slalom skiing)

Further more, in addition to the sporting area, Chronosoft is also efficient in every field of activity involving timing whether it be within industry, Lab, etc. For coaches, sportsmen, engineers, teachers, Chronosoft is ultimately their new tool for timing. Sized for the Iphone, a web site is published containing information and features, online help and a tech support form.
