New Snapheal for Mac does magic and makes fixing bad images a breeze

Snapheal was developed with simplicity and power in mind. It lets you perform practically all image-editing tasks, but doesn't require any special knowledge and comes with an amazing price.

Erasing tool features three different algorithms - each should be used for specific editing purposes, like erasing small and big objects, skin healing, erasing text, etc. There is also clone&stamp tool for touch ups and fixes.

The new app does amazing job with image adjustment, featuring close to 20 different tools, including saturation, gamma, contrast, noise reduction; possibility to adjust shadows and highlights, crop and rotate photo; control sharpen, set color temperature and more. Enhancements can be applied to the whole image and just to the parts.

Snapheal also features built in video tutorials, but most likely you won't need any since the navigation inside the app is simple as ABC. For instance to erase the objects, you simply paint over it with mask and click erase; to sharpen a specific part of image you just need to move over that area with the mouse arrow - Snapheal does the rest.

The app handles practically all file formats, including tiff and raw plus supports resolution of up to 32 megapixels. You can import images from Aperture and iPhoto albums plus export the creation to iPhoto, share on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Tumblr and more.
