SwarmLocal allows you to create or join, mobile or fixed swarms, or groups. Anonymous users within a Swarm's range have the ability to join the swarm. A minimum of three members are needed to activate the Swarm for inter-Swarm messaging between members. Once a Swarm membership drops to zero the Swarm is automatically destroyed.
A Swarm is stronger and more resourceful than an individual.
