With enormous changes in Political, Economic and Foreign Policy of Myanmar, CDC started to invest in IT business. CDC published Chin-Eng-Myanmar Dictionary in 2012 and also develop Mobile application for both IOS and Android version. After that, Mr. Shwe Hein together with his two classmates from MBA course discussed about the potential of language application market in Myanmar.
