[prMac.com] Chichester, United Kingdom - Independent games developer Chris Mayer today is thrilled to announce the availability of Brain App XL v1.6 for iPad. Over 45,000 people in more than 60 countries have given their brains a workout with Brain App. Using tried and tested techniques, Brain App presents a variety of rapid-fire problems in quick succession to exercise the brain.
Brain App XL v1.6 includes fifteen modes in five solo exercise types, plus two head-to-head games which can be enjoyed by two players on a single iPad. Progress is tracked by the app, top scores and previous scores are saved and displayed in graphs. Players are challenged to improve day by day.
Brain App is available on a number of devices, and users can sync their scores between devices to continue their brain exercise on whichever device they choose. Players can also "follow" other players, and compare scores with their own. There are online leaderboards for each mode which can be viewed in the app and on the BrainApp.net website.
"Since Brain App's original release on iPhone in February 2010 the positive reviews have come flooding in, users love it and I'm thilled with all the positive feedback on the App Store - with an average rating worldwide of 4.2/5.0! The iPad, Mac, and PC versions add even more fun, and I look forward to adding new content to each version for years to come." - Developer, Chris Mayer
