[prMac.com] Vancouver, Canada - Harvest Lands is a refreshing new entry into the creature collection and town building genre. The game is focused on searching for the lovable and hard working Nummies who will become the player's companions in their harvesting and treasure hunting adventures.
In the world of Harvest Lands, players work together with their Nummies to harvest the endless resources of the land. The harvested resources are used to produce gold and expand the player's hometown. To be successful in these endeavors, the player will need to seek out Nummies to join their team. The lands are populated with all types of Nummies including common critters such as rabbits to legendary creatures such as dragons and unicorns. Every Nummi is gifted with perks that provide magical bonuses to enhance their abilities.
Harvest Lands introduces hands-on harvesting gameplay where the emphasis for progression is in actively playing the game. Players who are active and industrious will enjoy the fact that their hard work is well rewarded with the resources they harvest, the treasures they find and the many Nummies they will meet. With over 100 in-game achievements, thousands of different combinations of Nummies to discover and a very large game world to explore, there are many goals to work towards and accomplish. Gamers of all ages will find the charming world of Harvest Lands easy to get into with a distinctive art style that is vibrant and a soundtrack that is inspired by the old school happy days of console gaming.
