[prMac.com] San Francisco, CA - Stone Design / Big Stone Phone today is pleased to announce the release of Twittelator for iPad v1.8, an evolution of its award winning Twitter client. Shoot, edit and upload video to 5 video sites and co-upload to YouTube directly from your new iPad 2. All iPads enjoy viewing the new Twitter Photo's inline, and this version is ready for the changes in authorization keys that Twitter demands of its third party clients.
Its beautiful user interface allows you to always keep your friends' tweets in view while you explore the rest of what Twitter has to offer. Customize the background with our photos or your photos to suit your mood.
In a recent annoucement, Twitter requires all third party Twitter clients (such as Twittelator) to implement a more secure login through the Twitter website or face losing the ability to read your messages. This version of Twittelator meets the new requirements and upon upgrade, there will be no interuption of messages when Twitter turns on the new permissions.
On Wednesday, June 1, Twitter announced it's new native Photo Service. Twittelator v1.8 will show these photos inline so you can keep up with the buzz!
"Twitter changes it's API often, and agile developers like us can step up to the plate and deal with it, delivering high performance Twitter experiences," said Andrew Stone (@twittelator), Stone Design's CEO. "I welcome that Twitter is moving forward and we will continue to deliver cutting edge features as both the iPad and Twitter continue to evolve."
